When we first started this adventure we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Living together, buying a house, fixing it up and having full time jobs.
This blog is all about home renovation and how simple projects always lead to larger ones. How taking short cuts and doing the quick fix is always a bad idea. Hopefully this blog will give you the confidence to know you can do anything you set your mind to. This blog is about seeing a house for its potential, maximizing that potential and then implementing design plans.
Please enjoy all the projects we get ourselves into

Being a home owner is not at all simple and if you are not up for the challenge then perhaps a condo is better for you. Before making any decisions talk with several people you know and visit with a few local banks.
Remember to look at several houses before you buy one. Even if you think it may be the right one on the first try give some other locations a chance. Pay attention to traffic flow and potential noises.
And then get ready to own some land.
